It has often been said that there is nothing new in the writings, videos, seminars, online training courses about the secrets of success. One of the top 10, if not the occupier of the Number One spot of Success Tips is: “Take massive action”.
Getting busy is the easy bit. Knowing the right things to be busy on and protecting the time from the constant demands on you so that you can take action on the right things is the challenge.
Taking action on the right stuff is the key. Getting clear on the growth strategy, then prioritising the right areas of focus for key members of the team and focusing them on where to take massive action has seen impressive results in the DYB community.
We have seen example after example of significant revenue growth. We have seen much clearer propositions being brought to the market and with effective marketing that supports that. We have seen engaged members of the teams delivering great results, cultures changing and people stepping up. It’s a joy to see the impact it is having on the lives of the DYBers.
We use some powerful mindset tools that have supported the massive actions taken resulting in significant improvements in health and fitness of some and even the attainment of a dream house.
It’s amazing what can happen when you take massive action and determined action and stay the course.
